2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

  • Company refers to Zenvy Group

  • Client refers to any natural or legal person ordering services

  • Services refer to cleaning services provided by Zenvy Group

  • Cleaning Location refers to the residential or commercial space where services are performed

  • Agreement refers to the service agreement concluded between the Company and the Client

  • Price refers to the agreed price for the services

  • Employee refers to Zenvy Group staff or contracted professionals


3. Conclusion of Agreement
  1. The Client requests services by submitting a form on the website, contacting the Company by email, phone, or other communication channels.

  2. The Company contacts the Client to confirm service details, pricing, and availability.

  3. The Agreement is concluded once the service details are confirmed by the Company, usually via email.

  4. All confirmed bookings are considered binding.


4. Scope of Services

Zenvy Group provides professional cleaning services including, but not limited to:

  • General & Deep Cleaning

  • Office Cleaning

  • Post-Renovation Cleaning

  • Sofa & Upholstery Cleaning

  • Window Cleaning

  • Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning

  • Regular & Subscription Cleaning

The exact scope of each service is agreed individually before service delivery.


5. Client Obligations

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information about the cleaning location

  • Inform the Company in advance of any fragile, valuable, or hazardous items

  • Ensure safe and unobstructed access to the cleaning location

  • Provide access to water, electricity, and necessary facilities

  • Secure pets and remove personal valuables from the cleaning area

The Company is not responsible for damage caused by undisclosed risks or unsafe conditions.


6. Service Performance
  1. Services are provided at the agreed time or within an agreed time window.

  2. The time window is indicative and may change due to operational reasons.

  3. The Company uses professional cleaning products and equipment.

  4. If the Client does not provide proper access or cooperation, the Company may terminate the service, and the full price remains payable.


7. Pricing and Payment
  1. Prices are indicative and based on the information provided by the Client.

  2. Final pricing is confirmed before service delivery.

  3. Additional services beyond the agreed scope may be charged separately.

  4. Payment is due after service completion unless agreed otherwise.

  5. The Company reserves the right to suspend services in case of unpaid invoices.


8. Cancellations and Rescheduling
  • Cancellation more than 48 hours before service: no charge

  • Cancellation within 48 hours: up to 50% of the service price

  • Cancellation within 12 hours or no access provided: 100% of the service price

Cancellations must be made in writing or by confirmed communication.


9. Cleaning Without Client Presence
  1. Cleaning may take place without the Client’s presence upon request.

  2. If keys or access codes are provided, the Client does so at their own responsibility.

  3. The Company is not liable for issues arising from the Client’s absence.


10. Liability and Damage
  1. The Company is liable for damage caused by its Employees in accordance with Czech law.

  2. Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.

  3. Claims must be supported by photo documentation.

  4. The Company is insured for damages up to the insured amount.


11. Complaints
  1. Any complaints must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of service completion.

  2. The Company will assess and resolve complaints promptly and fairly.

  3. Complaints submitted later may not be accepted.


12. Personal Data Protection

Zenvy Group processes personal data in accordance with GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679).

Personal data is used solely for:

  • Service provision

  • Communication with the Client

  • Legal and accounting obligations

13. Consumer Rights

If the Client is a consumer, they have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, unless service performance has already begun with their consent.

Out-of-court dispute resolution is available through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz).


14. Communication

Official communication is conducted primarily via email or phone using the contact details provided by the Client.
The Client is responsible for keeping their contact details up to date.


15. Final Provisions
  1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

  2. Zenvy Group reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

  3. Updated versions are published on the Company’s website.

  4. These Terms are effective from the date of publication.
