1.3 Service Standards

All employees are required to:

  • Arrive within the scheduled service window

  • Wear an approved uniform with visible identification

  • Follow the company cleaning checklist

  • Respect client property and privacy

  • Maintain professional communication at all times


1.4 Quality Assurance

To ensure consistent quality:

  • Supervisors conduct random inspections

  • Customer feedback is actively tracked

  • Corrective training is provided when necessary

  • Re-cleaning is scheduled if quality standards are not met


SECTION 2 — EMPLOYEE POLICIES
2.1 Recruitment & Screening

Before deployment, employees must complete:

  • Identity verification

  • Reference checks

  • Background checks where legally permitted

  • Mandatory training


2.2 Code of Conduct

Employees must:

  • Maintain respectful and professional behavior

  • Avoid discrimination or harassment

  • Protect client confidentiality

Employees must not:

  • Consume client food or beverages

  • Bring unauthorized persons to work sites

  • Photograph or record client property without consent

2.3 Appearance

Employees are required to:

  • Wear a clean company uniform

  • Use closed, protective footwear

  • Tie back hair where necessary

  • Maintain proper personal hygiene


2.4 Confidentiality Policy

Employees must:

  • Protect client addresses and personal information

  • Refrain from discussing client information publicly

  • Not share client or business details on social media


2.5 Equipment Use

Employees must:

  • Use only approved cleaning products and equipment

  • Report any equipment damage immediately

  • Not remove company tools from authorized areas


2.6 Disciplinary Actions

Failure to comply with company policies may result in:

  • Verbal warning

  • Written warning

  • Suspension

  • Termination in cases of serious misconduct


SECTION 3 — CUSTOMER POLICIES
3.1 Booking Policy
  • All bookings must be confirmed through official company channels

  • Clients must provide accurate service details

  • Safe access instructions must be clearly communicated


3.2 Cancellation Policy
  • Free cancellation up to 24–48 hours prior to service

  • Late cancellations may incur a fee

  • No-show fees may apply

Payment timing:

4.3 Workplace Safety

Employees are required to:

  • Use ladders safely

  • Follow proper lifting procedures


4.4 Incident Reporting

All injuries, accidents, and near misses must be reported to management within 24 hours.
